This is the annual fund raising event on behalf of The Christmas Fair Fund :
- Makers / Stall Holders: 15% of TOTAL SALES AT THE FAIR including ORDERS TAKEN, ARE PAYABLE TO THE CHRISTMAS FAIR FUND, Registered Charity.
- Food & Beverage Vendors: 10% of TOTAL SALES at the FAIR for Food & Beverage VENDORS is payable to the Christmas Fair Fund, Registered Charity.
If you are NOT committed to supporting the charity, then please do not apply to participate.
2. POINT OF SALE INFORMATION :EACH STALL HOLDER AND VENDOR WILL BE ISSUED WITH A POINT OF SALE DEVICE
All sales will be processed through your allocated machine – each stall holder and vendor will be allocated a serial number attached to their POS device. Daily sales prints outs will be collected by a CFF member.
Accounts will be reconciled 5 working days after the Fair.
All sales processed less % of total sales and institution Fees at going rate will be deducted and balance
paid into your account.
Please ensure you furnish accurate banking details to ensure the smooth processing of funds owed to you.

4. NO CASH SALES – will be permitted at the Fair with Flair – all visitors will be advised of such on arrival and in pre event marketing.
Should a customer arrive with cash – we will have a central information area set up to process these sales on your behalf.
The Fair with Fair & Christmas Fair Fund are registered NPO’s – funds raised are distributed to qualified projects on the North Coast. You are welcome to ask for a letter confirming your support of this NPO.
